BY VIRTUE OF A ORDER OF SALE issued out of the 94 TH DISTRICT Court of NUECES County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered Case #2025DCV-0209-C . On the 30TH day of APRIL A.D. 2025 , styled: CHICAGO CROSSING OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, vs. DAVID BRIAN HALL, NANCY MARIE HALL , to me, as ALLON CALZADA, DEPUTY directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 17TH day of JUNE A.D. 2025 and will between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at approximately 10:00 AM on the first Tuesday in AUGUST A.D. 2025 , it being the 05TH of said month, at NUECES COUNTY COURT HOUSE DOOR, 901 LEOPARD ST.
