TO: The Unknown Heirs of Robert Arnold Locke, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court of Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00295-2 an Application to Determine Heirship and Application for Appointment of Independent Administrator and for Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by John P. Locke, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspapers bears, to answer the application of John P. Locke which joins as parties, all heirs of Robert Arnold Locke, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
