AS PROVIDED FOR BY THE TEXAS PROPERTY TAX CODE. THIS SALE WILL BE CONDUCTED TO
SATISFY A JUDGMENT AWARDED TO PLAINTIFFS FOR DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES, ACCRUED
PENALTIES, INTERESTS, COSTS O COURT AND SALE, AND ATTORNEY’S FEES DUE ON THE
PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN, ALL SUBJECT TO INCREASE. I DO HEREBY VERIFY THAT TRUE
AND CORRECT COPIES OF THE FOREGOING NOTICE OF TAX SALE HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY
UNITED STATES CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, AND BY REGULAR MAIL, TO EACH
