Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Melva Jackson, aka, Melvaleen Dendy Jackson,
Deceased (“Decedent”), were issued on November 19, 2025, in Cause No. 2025-PR-00680-3, in
the County Court at Law No. 3, Nueces County, Texas, to Myra Jean Valentine, Independent
