Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Mary Evelyn Atkinson, Deceased (“Decedent”),
were issued on November 19, 2025, in Cause No. 2025-PR-00633-4, in the County Court at Law
No. 4, Nueces County, Texas, to Shelley Ann Nicholson, Independent Executor of Decedent’s
estate. All persons having claims against Decedent’s estate are required to present them to the
