TO: The Unknown Heirs of Marco Antonio Solis, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00704-1 an Application Combined Application to Determine Heirship and for Letters of Independent Administration-Intestate Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Angela  Marie Garcia and Lauren Elizabeth Solis,  applicants. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Todd Robinson, in County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of  Angela Marie Garcia and Lauren Elizabeth Solis  which joins as parties, all heirs of  Marco Antonio Solis, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
