Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of James S. Gottlich,
Deceased, were issued to Joyce V. Gottlich, on the 5th day of November, 2025, in Cause No.
2025-PR-00641-3, now pending in the County Court at Law No. 3 of Nueces County, Texas. All persons having claims against such Estate are hereby required to present the same to Bradley A. Smith, 5306 Holly Road, Ste. A, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411, before suit on same is barred by the statute of limitations, before such Estate is closed and within the time prescribed by law.
