THE ESTATE OF FRANCES CARR TAPP Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Frances Carr Tapp Deceased (“Decedent”), were issued on April 22, 2025, in Cause No. 2025-PR-00183-4, in the County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas, to Anna Rogers, Daren R. Wilder and Felix C. Tapp, as Independent Co-Executors of Decedent’s estate. All persons having claims against Decedent’s estate are required to present them to the Independent Executor within the time and the manner prescribed by law.
