Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of James McClurg, Deceased, were issued on October 28, 2025, in No. 2024-PR-00711-3 pending in the County Court at Law No. 3 of Nueces County, Texas, to Robert McClurg as successor Independent Executor.
