Notice is hereby given that on October 10, 2025, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of CHARLES W. LUCAS, JR., Deceased, were issued to the Independent Executor, Weldon W. Lucas, by the Honorable County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas, in Cause No. 2025-PR-00589-2, pending upon the Probate Docket of said Court.
All persons having claims against said Estate are hereby instructed to present the
