TO: The Unknown Heirs of Cristobal Rodriguez a/k/a Chris Rodriguez, Jr., Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00303-4 an Application to Determine Heirship and For Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 401.003(a)  filed by Cristobal Isaiah Rodriguez, III, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Mark H. Woerner, in County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Cristobal Isaiah Rodriguez, III which joins as parties, all heirs of Cristobal Rodriguez a/k/a Chris Rodriguez, Jr., Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
