NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS

Permanent Guardianship of the Person and Estate of WILBURN DEWAYNE PRICE, an incapacitated person, has been commenced by the issuance of Letters of Guardianship to DARLENE GLICK HARLESS on August 26, 2025, by the County Court at Law Number Five of Nueces County, Texas, acting in Cause  No. 2025-GU-00026-5 styled Guardianship of WILBURN DEWAYNE PRICE, an incapacitated person, in which court the matter is pending.
All persons having claims against WILBURN DEWAYNE PRICE are hereby notified to present them to the undersigned in care of CHARLES E. BAKER, ATTORNEY-AT-LAW, 5350 S. Staples, Ste 203, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411, within the time prescribed by law.
