Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Doris Browning Miller, Deceased, were issued to Mark Alan Miller on the 28th day of August 2025, in Cause
No. 2025-PR-00457-1 now pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas.
All persons having claims against such Estate are hereby required to present the same to Mark B. Gilbreath, 5306 Holly Road, Ste. A, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411, before suit on same is barred by the statute of limitations, before such Estate is closed and within the time prescribed by law.
