CITATION BY PUBLICATION - DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP
TO:  The Unknown Heirs of Armando Herrera, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00565-2 an Application to Determine Heirship and for Letters of Administration-Intestate Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Armando Herrera, Jr., applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Armando Herrera, Jr., which joins as parties, all heirs of  Armando Herrera, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
