NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF HEATHER MCNEW, as Independent Executrix of the Estate of Jerry D. Setliff (also known as Jerry Dewayne Setliff), Deceased.
Pending in the Nueces County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, TX, in Matters of Probate No. 2025-PR-00167-4.
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ESTATE:
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of April, 2025, in the Nueces County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas, the undersigned duly qualified as the Independent Executrix of the Estate of Jerry D. Setliff (also known as Jerry Dewayne Setliff), Deceased.
Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of this Estate were granted, and this is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate that they are required to present the same to the undersigned within the time prescribed by law. Any person indebted to said Estate is hereby notified to pay same to the undersigned.
