NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary were authorized on August 6, 2025, and the Independent Co-Executors were appointed in the Estate of RICHARD G. EICKLEBERRY, Deceased, Cause No. 2025-PR-00370-3, pending in the County Court of Law No. Three of Nueces County, Texas on August 6, 2025, to GERDA ALBERTEN EICKLEBERRY AND KRISTIE L McMURREY.  All persons having a claim against said Estate now being administered are hereby required to present the same within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.  Claims may be presented to the above-named Independent Co-Executors, c/o Gerda Alberten Eickleberry, 4433 Hickey Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78413 and Kristie L. McMurrey, 4505 O'Casey Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78413.
