TO:  Benediota Ognovughe Ogbakpah & The Unknown Heirs of Robert Onovughe, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2024-PR-00144-2 an Amended  Joint Application for Turn-Over of Funds to The Dependent Administrator Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Edesiri Onovughe, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Edesiri Onovughe which joins as parties, all heirs of Robert Onovughe, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
