BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION issued out of the COUNTY COURT AT LAW #4 of NUECES County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered 2024CCV-61033-4 and styled: AMANDA JEAN GRANT vs. ELLA KLEINSMITH BAKKEN, JAMES S.
