TO:  The Unknown Heirs of Aaron Richard Perez, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00165-2 an Application to Determine Heirship and Letters Independent Administration-Intestate or in The Alternative Letters of Administration   Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Rosendo Perez, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Rosendo Perez which joins as parties, all heirs of Aaron Richard Perez, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
