Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of John Martin
Hammerick, Jr., Deceased, were issued on August 8, 2025, in No. 2025-PR-00430-2 pending in
the County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas, to Noreen Wilkie Hammerick as
Independent Executor.

Noreen Wilkie Hammerick requests that claims be addressed as follows:
