Ancillary Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Lee Parr Phipps, Deceased (“Decedent”),
were issued on July 23, 2025, in Cause No. 2025-PR-00333-2, in the County Court at Law No. 2,
Nueces County, Texas, to Margaret M. Crossen, Ancillary Administrator of Decedent’s estate. All
persons having claims against Decedent’s estate are required to present them to the Ancillary
Administrator within the time and the manner prescribed by law. Claims should be presented to
