BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION issued out of the 105TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Court of NUECES County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered 2024DCV-4851-
D and styled: REDBRIX III, LLC vs. #1 RELIABLE SMART PLUMBING, INC.
AND PHILLIP JACKSON . On the 21ST day of JULY A.D. 2025 , to me, as
DEPUTY ALLON CALZADA directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 31ST
day of JULY A.D. 2025 and will between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
at approximately 10:00 A.M. on the first Tuesday in SEPTEMBER A.D. 2025 , it
being the SECOND of said month, at 901 LEOPARD of said NUECES County,

TEXAS, AS SHOWN BY THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
VOLUME 57, PAGES 109-115, MAP RECORDS OF NUECES COUNTY
TEXAS, (ALSO KNOWN AS 1110 GREEN WILLOW DRIVE, CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS 78405)
THIS SALE IS BEING CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO STATUTORY OR
JUDICIAL REQUIREMENTS. BIDDERS WILL BID ON THE RIGHTS, TITLE,
