There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 3 of Nueces County, Texas in County in Cause No. 2024-PR-00494-3 an Application to Determine Heirship  Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Eloida L. Garcia, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Deeanne Galvan, in County Court at Law No. 3 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Eloida L. Garcia which joins as parties, all heirs of Augustine Hughes Garcia, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
