TO: The Unknown Heirs of Mary K. Beynon, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County  Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00442-4 an Application for Appointment of Independent Administration and Issuance of Letters of Administration & Application to Determine Heirship  Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by  Jeffrey L Beynon, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Mark H. Woerner, in County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Jeffrey L. Beynon, which joins as parties, all heirs of Mary K. Beynon, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
