TO:  The Unknown Heirs of Eva Martinez Gonzales, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00461-1 an Application for  Letters of Independent Administration  and Application to Determine Heirship Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Reynaldo  Garcia, Jr., applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge  Todd Robinson, in County Court at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Reynaldo Garcia, Jr.,  which joins as parties, all heirs of Eva Martinez Gonzales, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
