TO: The Unknown Heirs of Richard Lester Green, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00218-2 an Application to Appoint Independent Co-Administrators Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estate Code and for Determination and Declaration of Heirship  Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by David Green, Donna Green and Cheryl Ellis, applicants. Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of  David Green, Donna Green and Cheryl Ellis which joins as parties, all heirs of Richard Lester Green, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
