Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration with Will Annexed for the Estate of Lee Edwin Carter, Deceased, were issued to Lynley Kay Townsend, as
Independent Administrator, on September 30, 2025, in Cause No. 2025-PR-00401-1, pending in County Court at Law No. One of Nueces County, Texas. All persons having claims against this Estate, which is currently being administered, are required to present such claims within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
