TO: The Unknown Heirs of Billie Paulette Harvey, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court of Law No. 2 of Nueces County,  Texas in Cause No. 2024-PR-00772-2 an Application for Proceeding to Declare Heirship and Application for Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Texas Estate Code  Section 202.052 filed by Curtis McHenry, applicant.  Each of you are hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in  County Court at Law No. of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Curtis McHenry which joins as parties, all heirs of Billie Paulette Harvey, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within the ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
