Hemphill Seminary, LLC is proposing to construct a 245’ self support telecommunications tower and associated compound at CR 83, Banquete, TX (Lat/Long: N 27 48 47.9, W 97 46 36.1). The tower is anticipated to have FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L- 810) Dual Lighting-Red and Medium Intensity White Lights.
