commenced by the issuance of Letters Testamentary to BARBARA K. REISCHMAN on August
6, 2025, by the County Court at Law No. 3 of Nueces County, Texas, acting in Cause No. 2025-
PR-00386-3 styled In Re Estate of CHARLES F. KOVAL, Deceased, in which court the matter
is pending.
