TO:  The Unknown Heirs of Dennis Ray Holley, Deceased
There is presently pending in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas in Cause No. 2025-PR-00477-2 an Application for Independent Administration of Intestate by Agreement and Letter of Independent Administration Under Texas Estate Code Section 401.003 & Application to Declare Heirship Pursuant to Texas Estate Code Section 202.052 filed by Lance Wright Holley, applicant.  Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge Lisa Gonzales, in County Court at Law No. 2 of Nueces County, Texas on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of issuance of this Citation, which is the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the application of Lance Wright Holley which joins as parties, all heirs of Dennis Ray Holley, Deceased.
If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
