Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary were authorized on June 24, 2025, and the Independent Executor was appointed in the Estate of RICHARD SALINAS PEREZ, Deceased, Cause No, 2025-PR-00326-1, pending in the County Court at Law No. One of Nueces County, Texas on June, 25, 2025, to ROY E. PEREZ.  All persons having a claim against said Estate now being administered are hereby required to present the same  within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.  Claims may be presented to Roy E. Perez, Independent Executor, 1244 CR 356, Orange Grove, Texas 78372.
