NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of
MILDRED MARY GARNER, were authorized to be issued on June 30, 2025, under Cause No. 2025-PR-00312-2 in the County Court at Law of Nueces County, Texas to MATTHEW GARNER as Independent Executor. All having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law to said Executor in care of the attorney of record, R. Lee Murphy, Jr., at 617 East Kleberg Avenue, Kingsville, Texas 78363.
